There was no feed back.
He said said for security reason he could not help me even though I gave him all of the information he asked. He told me to get a new account because my son account was locked .
Someone stole his information & he did not have access to his account . His user name, email & password was changed & I was told he or no o e else could help me
Monetary Loss: $1000.
Preferred solution: Gain back access to my account .
