Hi my name is Edward McBride. I have been a loyal customer with the PlayStation Network for over 20 years. my information on the PlayStation network was stolen and people began to make fraudulent charges. I immediately contacted my bank and had it shut down and asked to be refunded. the PlayStation Network permanently suspended my account. why am I being punished for something I had no control over. the PlayStation network is telling me they want the $188 for me to regain access to the PSN Network. this is absolutely ridiculous. the last game I purchased on the network was Mortal Kombat XL that is when everything started to go to ***

I have not gotten any help to my inquiries. No one calls or email or texts you back . The chat system doesnt help because it doesnt feel like a live person and it keeps sending you to technical support . My problem is billing .
