Playstation - I cant redeem my ps4 gift card.

I scratched off my ps4 card and the letters and numbers at the end aren't visible. The Playstation phone number is always busy and the chat bot doesn't help my issue. I just want to be able to put in another code because it was 50 bucks.

Both gift cards were $25 PlayStation Store cards. When the silver code cover was peeled off, the 12 digit code was unreadable. They were purchased at Rite Aid in Cheektowaga NY

I went to my local Dollar General and purchased a PlayStation Network gift card valued at $25. When I got home to renew my PlayStation Network membership, it said that the code was not valid. Dollar General made me sign a book and notified me that I could not return the card for a refund if it didn't work. Which is the same policy for most department and convenience stores or other locations that sell gift cards. I would either like a refund or for the $25 to be added to my PlayStation Network account. Please get back with me and thank you for your time.

User's recommendation: Be careful of where you buy your gift cards.
