Call volumes were too high so the automated system told me it just wasnt accepting my call at this time.

User's recommendation: Don’t put your credit card on your PlayStation account, use gift cards or keep it blank.

My account was hacked with multiple unauthorized charges. They changed my email so I cannot log back in and reset password. Have tried to call PlayStation multiple times and it keeps saying due to high demand we cannot help you.. blah blah. This is BS!! Terrible customer service!
