Playstation - My account has been suspended for 30 days

I tried calling several times within the week. Even used their online website live chat and still didn't get any information or the assistance I was needing. Honestly I just needed to know why or how my PlayStation account got suspended for a month but no. Apparently that's too much to ask.

User's recommendation: Don't even bother calling them for assistance. They aren't worth any help.

Playstation - Someone stole my account and support says they can’t help me

I received an email stating someone changed my ID, when I called to verify who I was I went through this lengthy process and the customer service representative said she cant help me and I would have to start a new account! My debit card is linked to that account! This is a breach of security, and PlayStation cant do anything to help me?

When I had for got my password and I was trying to reset it cause i lock the account and the email I used I cant get on it cause I have not used it in years so they deactivated the email account

Playstation - Banned ps4 accoutnt 4 no reason

My son account was banned due to a overcharge error due to Playstation through PAYPAL for vbucks off of fornir 19.99. My son's grandmother card was overly charged multiple times for 19.99. Due to a error through paypal for playstation My son account was banned due to the error. I talked to the refund department to lift the ban . AJmes was who I talked to . I explained what happened and he tld me I had to pay playstatins for the errors they made on here end. I requested to talk to a manager. He said that there wasn't a manager that coud help me. I would just have to pay the money . Money for a error on paypal and playstation end. I am a unhappy cutomer with a sad child that can't even play his playstaton. If a manager could contact me that would be great.

I was fourced to do a charge back because there is fraudulent activity. I've tried several ways to contact a live person to handle this issue with no outcome. I dont know why it's so hard to talk to a live person when we have fraudulent activity! This is a series issue...

there is absolutely no reason. That there would not be live support 24 hours a day. PlayStation is a multi-billion dollar company. Your customer service should reflect this .
