I ordered and payed $890 for a ps5 and the seller never answered so i asked for a refund and instead mercari reached out to the fake seller and payed the fake seller and they sent me a lil box with a very old Nintendo from the 1990's I WANT MY MONEY BACK, A REFUND. Mercari and the seller Robbed me for $889

User's recommendation: Don't waste your time, I got robbed for $889 and no refund, I purchased a ps5 and got junk in a small box.

My order was in fufillment then it went through then it got canceled in the morning like lots of people that I've seen on twitter

WalMart - Website Crashes & Allowing bots to buy everything!!

Horrible experiences trying to buy the PlayStation 5 that I see happening to thousands of people!! Not only does the website crash when your trying to checkout and at the last step of purchase, they also charge you multiple times and your order does not go through and wont get a refund for up to 2 weeks!!! They also allow bots to purchase in bulk while leaving the actual human customer empty handed!! They should regulate all this crap!!!

User's recommendation: We should all report to the BBB and hopefully something gets done!

Still the same as it was before , I’ve gotten no help except from my bank , and a lawyer and there trying to see what they can do

I paid a user for a product a large amount of money , $550 dollars to be exact , I paid for the product but the user didnt not send me the product, took my money then deleted his account , so he stole all that money from me , and I would like my money back or Ill get lawful involvement, this should not be tolerated
