My account was hacked recently and the person who did so purchased things without my consent. Being that was the case, I filed with my banking company to get my money back.
Now my account is permanently suspended for this and I cant play at all. I had nothing to do with the charges I just wanted my money back for something I did not purchase. I would like my account back so that I can continue playing the game. Ive tried numerous times to get in touch with customer service including the day that my card was charged.
Im getting furious with this ongoing situation and just want to be able to play my game. I have taken the card that was on there off and will never be putting one back on to purchase anything.
Please get back to me ASAP so this issue can be resolved. Thank you.
