PlayStation - I need to talk to someone about getting my account back and canceling subscription

New ReviewerI got a refund for a subscription that I paid for on January 5 2021 which I did not order. We did have a subscription at one time but we canceled it at least it should of been but wasn't.
I have tried calling this number 1-80*-***-**** but it always tells me they are currently closed and call back normal business hours which have done but keep getting same recording. All I want is my account back and for them to cancel my subscription to playstation plus/ playstation now. That is the subscription they list. I have every receipt of all my purchases from playstation.
I just want my account BACK. I only got a refund of $10.59 for something I did not order in first place. I don't understand why they suspended my account do to that reason, not very good one. I JUST WANT MY ACCOUNT BACK, THEM TO STOP TAKING MONEY FROM ME FOR A SUBSCRIPTION WHICH I DON'T WANT, AND ALSO I WANT MY V BUCKS BACK THAT EPIC TOOK FROM MY WALLET I PAID $79.99 FOR THOSE FOR MY DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY.
NO REASON FOR THEM TO TAKE ANY OF MY V BUCKS WHEN I PURCHASED THEM.
if they need proof of all the money I spent I have every receipt. I am so frustrated if just have a phone number you could actually call and talk to someone this would of never happened.
Preferred solution: My Account back, subscription cancel and v bucks back .
