New Revieweri get an invite to buy a ps5 from an email.com so i wait to the next day at the time i was told i go on i click on ps5 ....add to cart and i get it needs to refresh multiple times then i get a box saying i max out the number of quantities in my cart i check the cart i have nothing so i try again and i get its still maxed out so i click on my account it showing i have 1 item in my cart i click on it ,proceed to checkout fill in my address then to payments it would not let me click on where you put you card number ...it let me put my name,expiration and cvc number but when i went and click on the box to place my number it would not automatically bring up where i need to put my number in then the page refreshed and when it did im stuck in a queue from the very beginning......this isnt fair not one bit i did everything you guys asked from me why is it so hard a year later to get a ps5 im not a happy camper not one bit im very pissed off at Sony and the Direct site for not working properly.Why is it so difficult to order a ps5 and im not waiting in the queue for more than hour wait while i did everything that the email said to do.
