After typing in email and loads for a second it then gives me a blue screen saying Ives been timed out or that the servers may be busy.

NVR answer your customer service line and just hang up on customers
Your two-step verification has me locked out of an account that I'm paying for my games on I can't even play my games because the account locked me out I have my email I have my debit card I have the name on the account and the user ID but it keeps taking me to two-step I don't have the old phone anymore and nothing else is logged into PlayStation Network to get the code so you guys have a *** up *** security setup
User's recommendation: Just turn off your two steps security setup.

Need Help to get PS4 Working & also want to Purchase a New PS5
