They charged my card without telling me anything about it so when I thought somebody stole something I told my bank it was fraudulent because nobody told me anything and then they Proceeded to block my account because I got my money back theyre Losers I took My PlayStation back and got an Xbox

Worst costumer service ever
I been trying for the past 2 weeks to get a hold of someone from Playstation. A refund policy is 14 days and I can not get anyone on the phone or Chat so I can speak with and get my refund, the 14 days is gonna be done and I wont get my refund am I? this is BS!

I lost my phone and my account was connected to that phone and I can't get access to that account
I was at school and I lost my phone I thought it was in my locker but it wasnt there and my phone is connected to my account. A few days later my little brother resets my account so I try to add my account back on the PlayStation it says that there will be a code sent to my phone and I dont have my phone so I cant get my account

Disk drive is dead. You will have to get it repaired.
Nothing lasts forever. I recommend someone local.
The problem with the PS3 like most consoles in that generation. The Blu Ray drive is linked to the control board.
